By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, Ticket Holders agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- A valid ticket entitles the holder to attend the event on the date and at times stated in the ticket. A valid ticket permits entry for one person only.
- The event is strictly over 18s and is not suitable for children. Proof of age may be required and guests should ensure that they have brought ID. Failure to provide ID may result in guests being unable to participate in the event.
- It is a Ticket Holders responsibility to ensure they drink responsibly and do not behave in a way which is inappropriate or causes offence/danger to others or property damage. In the event a participant engages in the aforementioned, they may be refused provision of further alcohol and/or further participation in the event and may be asked to leave the event and will not be eligible for any refunds, payments or compensation.
- By participating in the event, Ticket Holders consent to be being photographed, filmed or recorded as attendees at the event, and their likeness, mannerisms and/or voice to be included in any content from such filming, photographs and/or recording (and edited) without compensation, which content may be published/communicated in the public domain in all perpetuity. Ticket holders can contact data.controller@lidl.ie for further information of their data protection rights.
- Should the event be cancelled, Ticket Holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price but no refund will be given for other expenses.
- Ticket Holders are aware that the event is a sensory experience which includes flashing light effects, restricted lighting, altered perception and changing audio levels and Ticket Holders are participating at their own risk. Caution is advised when purchasing tickets if suffering from epilepsy or seizures as well as those who suffer from fear of the dark or claustrophobia. The organiser shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage howsoever caused to the Ticket Holder save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organiser or its servants/agents.
- Drink and food cannot be brought into the venue.
- Ticket holders agree to be bound by the venue rules.
